By popular request, we’re now offering a 1/4th freezer beef option. Approximately 140 pounds of our pasture-raised beef, this is the perfect solution if you have limited storage space but want high-quality beef! This package includes:

•      12-15% prime steaks (New York Strip, Ribeye, Sirloin, Tenderloin)
•      20% roasts (chuck, rump, tip)
•      45-50% ground beef
•      20% extra goodies (short ribs, soup bones, organs, etc)
